Common Questions
What is an Expert Advisor (EA)?
An Expert Advisor is an automated trading program that runs inside MetaTrader 5. It analyzes the market and opens/closes trades automatically based on your strategy settings — no manual trading needed.
How do I use the EAs after purchase?
After purchase you receive login credentials and a license key. Log into your dashboard, add your MT5 account number, download the EA, enter your license key in the EA settings, and it's ready to run.
Can I use 1 license on multiple accounts?
Yes — each license supports up to 3 MT5 account numbers simultaneously. You can manage your slots anytime from your dashboard. A 7-day cooldown applies after adding an account to prevent sharing.
What if I want to change my MT5 account?
You can remove an account from a slot and add a new one at any time. After adding a new account, a 7-day cooldown starts for that slot to protect the license from being shared.
Do I get new EAs automatically?
Yes. Any new EA we release during your subscription period is automatically available to you at no extra cost. Your $150 covers everything we build.
What brokers and pairs do the EAs support?
Our EAs work on MetaTrader 5 (MT5) with most brokers. Specific pair and timeframe requirements vary per EA and are listed in each EA's documentation.
